Did you place multiple orders at once? We try to combine them as much as possible for shipping. With combined shipping, you only pay extra if the package cannot be safely shipped together.

When you place an order containing both custom-made and stock items, they will be shipped together once all items are ready. If you'd like to receive stock items sooner, please place separate orders. Contact us to inquire about any additional shipping costs to make this possible.

We do not accept returns except in cases of clear errors on our part. For refunds or exchanges where the buyer is responsible, we charge a 20% restocking fee.

Check the track & trace message you received by email after shipment. Sometimes a package is held for a longer period. We're happy to help you with the complaint process, but once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, it's beyond our control.

If you've made a mistake in your address and your package hasn't shipped yet, please contact us immediately. You may be able to change the address, but there may be additional shipping costs. We can't change the address after it's shipped.

Did you receive something you ordered that wasn't delivered? Contact bui.atelier within 48 hours by email with clear photos of the packaging and the items you received. We'll help you as soon as possible.

Please report any damage within 48 hours. Please include a photo of the damaged product and packaging. We will discuss refunds or exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

In-stock items: Products are shipped within 2 days. You'll usually receive them within 3-5 business days after shipment.

Made-to-order: taking into account drying and production process, it often takes 4-8 weeks.

Our ceramics are food-safe and largely dishwasher- and microwave-safe. For specific care instructions, including those for wood and metal combined with ceramic, please refer to our product descriptions.
